Guidelines for submission of application for skill programmes


Before initiating the online application the following information/documents should be kept readily available.

  1. A valid email id must be used for registration purpose. This email id will be used for all future communication.
  2. Name, Designation, Address, Mobile, E-mail of Head of the Institution & Coordinator.
  3. Name of the Proposed programme(s), trade/sector and course(s).
  4. A Brief Proposal mentioning rationale, availability of industry & market survey (Only for Institutions applying for any fresh/new course)
  5. MoU with relevant industry in .pdf format. (Only for Institutions applying for any fresh/new course)
  6. 12 B Certificate issued by UGC. (Only for Institutions applying for any fresh/new course and want start up assistance)
  7. Year-wise/batch-wise data of student intake, passed out and placed. (Only for Institutions applying for extension of existing courses)
  8. Institutions must add all the course fresh & existing. Once the application is submitted, no further addition/deletion will be allowed.
  9. Please note that an institution will submit only one application irrespective of the number of courses applied for.
  10. The last date for application is September 30, 2020. Institutions do not need to send any hard copy of the application
